This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be granted, ensuring transparency and fairness in our financial dealings with our customers (“Subscribers”).
Scope: This policy applies to all transactions made for the subscription of horse riding lessons provided by Huntington Ridge LLC.
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Cancellation of Subscription: Subscribers who cancel their subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy (30-day notice via email to info@hunterjumper.com) are eligible for a refund of any charges made after the effective cancellation date.
- Provider Cancellation: If the Provider cancels a lesson for reasons other than those beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies), the Subscriber is entitled to a full refund for that specific lesson.
- Service Not Rendered: If a Subscriber is charged for a lesson that was not provided and not due to the Subscriber’s fault, they are eligible for a full refund for that lesson.
- Duplicate Charges: In the event of duplicate charges due to processing errors, the Subscriber is entitled to a refund of the duplicate charge amount.
- Processing of Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within 10 business days of the refund request being approved.
- Any refund will reflect in the Subscriber’s account based on the card issuer’s policies.
- Dispute Resolution:
- If there is a disagreement or dispute regarding charges, Subscribers are encouraged to contact Huntington Ridge LLC at info@hunterjumper.com to seek a resolution before filing a dispute with their credit card company.
- Evidence such as email communications, receipts, and lesson records may be requested to resolve the dispute.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Missed lessons not rescheduled in accordance with our makeup lesson policy.
- Charges for lessons attended by the Subscriber.
- Cancellation or non-attendance of a makeup lesson.
- Charges incurred before the effective cancellation date of a subscription.
- Amendments:
- This Refund Policy may be amended from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to the Subscribers and will be effective immediately, unless stated otherwise.
By subscribing to the horse riding lessons at Huntington Ridge LLC, Subscribers acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is designed to ensure that both the Provider and the Subscribers are protected and treated fairly in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of the subscription.
