This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Huntington Ridge LLC (“Provider”) and the Subscriber (“you,” “your”). By subscribing to the horse riding lessons (“Lessons”) provided by Huntington Ridge LLC through its website huntingtonridgefarm.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Subscription Levels and Pricing: As detailed on huntingtonridgefarm.com, various subscription levels are available, each with specific pricing, number of lessons per week, and lesson type (private, semi-private, group, or combination). Refer to the website for detailed pricing and schedule information.
- Scheduled Lessons: Lessons are pre-scheduled for specific times and dates each week. It is your responsibility to attend these lessons at the agreed-upon times.
- Makeup Lessons: If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you may opt for a makeup lesson, subject to availability. Makeup lessons are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis via a provided Calendly link. You must actively schedule your makeup lesson; it is not automatic.
- No Refund Policy: Missed lessons that are not rescheduled will not be eligible for refunds. If a lesson is missed and cannot be rescheduled for any reason, you forfeit that lesson without a refund.
- Monthly Subscription Payments: Payment for the subscription will be automatically deducted from your credit card each month. The full amount for the month will be charged regardless of lesson attendance.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel your subscription, you must provide a 30-day notice via email to info@hunterjumper.com. Cancellations will not be processed without this notice.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Liability and Risk: Horse riding involves inherent risks. By subscribing, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Huntington Ridge LLC harmless for any injuries or damages sustained during lessons.
- Changes to Agreement: Huntington Ridge LLC reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be communicated to you and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
- Acceptance of Terms: By checking the box during the subscription process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Additional Considerations:
- Safety and Conduct: You must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Huntington Ridge LLC and its instructors. Failure to do so may result in termination of your subscription without a refund.
- Equipment and Attire: Specific equipment and attire may be required for lessons. It is your responsibility to procure these items.
- Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: Lessons may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Huntington Ridge LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide makeup lessons in such cases.
- Age and Skill Requirements: Certain subscription levels may have age and skill prerequisites. Ensure you meet these requirements before subscribing.
By subscribing to horse riding lessons at Huntington Ridge LLC, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Your commitment to these terms ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
